Tuning
Piano tuning is one of the most basic and essential elements to maintaining your piano. Most pianos should be tuned every 6-12 months at minimum, even if no one plays the piano! Regular tuning helps keep your piano sounding its best.

Cleaning
It is easy to clean the outside of your piano on your own, but getting the inside of your piano cleaned will help make sure all of the moving parts in your piano do not get clogged with dust and debris. Cleaning will also restore the aesthetic beauty of your piano!

Action Regulation
There are THOUSANDS (yes, thousands!) of moving parts in your piano. Each part has a specific function and must be aligned properly. Over time the parts get out of alignment which affects the feel and control of the piano, or even causes things to not work.

Hammer Filing
The hammers on your piano will develop grooves and flatten out over time from repeatedly striking the strings. This causes the sound to be more dull. Hammer filing restores the shape of the hammers and brings the sound back to life without replacing the hammers.

Key Rebushing
There are small pieces of felt (called bushings) on each key that help keep it in place and glide smoothly up and down. Over time, the felt can wear down and the key will shift left and right, or the felt can swell from moisture and the key will be sluggish. Either symptom means it’s time for rebushing.
